Licensing Agreement

Travel fee added to properties more than 50 miles round trip from Elk River, MN (.57/mile)

$50 charge for cancellations within 6 hours of the shoot.
Also, if photographer is unable to gain access to home at the scheduled time, or if the property is not ready to shoot and has to come back to the property. Exceptions are made for bad weather only.

Payments are due the day of your shoot!
If a payment is not made within the first 30 days there will be a $50 late fee added to any and all open invoices and every 30 days there after.
No refunds are issued for tours, credits only if needed.

*kolorblind photography retains all copyrights to any images photographed until invoices for said images are paid in full.
If invoices are not paid in full, copyright ownership remains with the photographer, kolorblind photography.
*kolorblind photography may revoke this licensing term at any time and for any reason.
