Yes, the first tour is free. You do not have to put down a credit card. There are no hidden costs ever.

No. You only pay for tours. If you buy 10 at a time they are $12 each.

You can purchase 1 at a time for $15. Credits never expire.

TourBuzz converts dollars into Credits. Each Credit represents 1 virtual tour or address. Commercial tours are 2 Credits.

No software. We host everything.

Yes. TourBuzz is a platform. You can bring any design you like. There will be a small implementation fee. Yes, it will be just your design. No need to share with everyone but you can.

TourBuzz is available in: USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, Oman, and Spain. Our user interface is available only in English.

Stills 1800 X 1800 pixels. Cylindrical Panoramas 1200 pixels high. Length will vary. Spherical 4000 X 2000.

For as long as you need. You control when it gets taken down.

Unlimited. You can have as many images as you like.

Yes. Each Agent is called a Customer. Each Agent has a profile you set up with contact info, photo, logo and it gets reused each time you do a tour for them.

Yes. Our tours are MLS compliant. We can control every element on the tour. Each tour comes with multiple links. Branded, MLS compliant(IDX) and a full screen no branding link.

TourBuzz does not place any branding on your tour. We provide photographers 3 places to brand themselves with the URL being the most important. All of our tours will be displayed under your URL. Example: http://tours.YourDomainName.com/12345. We also provide a Produced By link in the lower right corner of the tour and you can add a tour loading image as well.

Yes. You can post to Realtor.com directly in TourBuzz. You will need to get a Free Picture Path account with Realtor.com so you can use your URL. We will help you set up your domain.

Yes. After your upload all of the images at one time through the bulk upload (drag and drop or select all), change the FOV (field of view) from 360 to whatever degrees match the partial panorama. (180, 270, etc)

Actually we let you stitch the panoramas and then upload the resulting JPG. There are so many good stitching programs and we want you to be able to control the quality. Photographers using TourBuzz use AutoPano at AutoPano.net, PTGui and many others.

Yes. We support both Cylindrical & Spherical panoramas.

TourBuzz is completely web based. It works on any platform. We actually develop on Mac. For best results in the Admin area use Safari or Fire Fox. Viewers can use any browser.

Yes. We actually have a product, Neybor.com, that creates a single property web page with the tour you create embedded at the top. Neybor syndicates to the top real estate search sites around the web. You can hand control of the Neybor page to the Realtor so they can manage the site going forward.

Yes. There is a graphical statistics e-mail that goes out weekly.

Typically photographers use it to promote themselves. In the lower right corner a link is created with “produced by” . Creating links back to your web site on every tour helps your SEO.

Yes. We expose the address and other key elements so that Google and other search engines find and index the tour quickly.

Yes. Each tour has a Client Panel for agents with all the tour links, statistics link and images to download in 2 different sizes.

Yes. Please make sure you have permission to use any music.

Yes. You can add any MP3 file. The Voice over can be per slide or the entire tour.

Yes, we call this "Video Slide Show Mode." You can even customize the effect for higher production value.
