House Layout - Main floor has 2 bedrooms, open great room with huge kitchen, wet bar, and dining area.  The first bedroom is the bunk bedroom with 2 queen custom built bunks and 2 twin bunks - sleeps 6.   This first bedroom has a full bathroom just outside of the bedroom in the entry hallway with shower and tub.  The second bedroom is a master bedroom mini suite, with King Bed, full bathroom and double sinks, sleeps 2.  The second floor has 3 bedrooms.  The third bedroom has a queen and twin bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom which has a king and twin beds - both bedrooms sleep 3.  There is also an open loft area with a queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps 2.  Lastly is the main Master suite with King Bed, walk in closets, giant bathroom with separate tub and shower - a true luxurious master bedroom! (sleeps 2).  The house sleeps 18 but we would allow up to 20 as there is plenty of open space if you need to bring an extra kiddo or two.
