The star feature of the home is the large, spacious deck. The deck has a BBQ, a spa, and plenty of dining and lounge seating. From the deck one can experience views of Tahquitz Peak and Lily Rock that will leave a bold impression. These views can also be experienced from inside the home through the cathedral style windows while cozying up next to the large brick fireplace.
The home’s common areas are part of an open floor plan, which makes entertaining and group gatherings feel more intimate. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials one could need to prepare a wonderful meal. There is plenty of dining seating, with the breakfast bar as well as the dining table. If the group wants to play a board game, the sun-room is a great place for family game night.
When you need some private time, transition from the group setting to some privacy in one of the home’s three bedrooms. Two of the bedroom’s homes have king sized beds, and the third has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The home also has three full baths, two of them in-suite with the bedrooms.

Weekend rate Friday/Saturday is $295.00 p/night. Weekday rate Sunday thru Thursday is $250.00 p/night. Winter Holiday rate $375.00 p/night (Thanksgiving, Christmas and for New Year's, with a 4 night minimum). Holiday rate $350.00 p/night, a 3 day minimum may be required. Call us for our weekly/monthly specials. Pets are welcome. Pet fee will apply. Linen/Prep fee $150.00.

Approval will be needed for one-night stays after booking request has been submitted. One night stays can be done for same week reservations (If booking far in in advance and requesting Friday-Saturday-Sunday nightly rate may be higher with the accommodation of early check in or late check out) Higher rate may also apply to Monday-Thursday when booking in advance. Once one night is booked there is NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED.
