The condo recently underwent renovations with new tiled showers, new counter tops, all new cabinets and drawers, new baseboards and door framing, new refrigerator and all new lighting fixtures. There are new Serta mattresses with new memory gel pillows. The unit has Polywood porch furniture and a 65” smart TV for when you are not on the beach. With two master king suites and another queen bedroom with a daybed, you are sure to be more than comfortable in this upscale yet family friendly condo.

You can head down to the perfectly maintained gulf front pool and, of course, the famous white sandy beach - both available by gate code access to ensure privacy. With only 8 units in this four-story complex (only four units are rented out), Grand Playa offers all the fun of Seagrove and is within walking/biking distance to Watercolor and Seaside. We have designated COVERED parking with an easy walk to the elevator. The entire building has been freshly painted.

The condo itself is 2000 square feet featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with custom linens. The expansive king master has gulf front views, an over sized jetted tub and a large separate tiled shower. The second king suite has gulf views with a large walk-in closet and a private bath with tiled shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with a third full bath (new bath tub and tiled shower combination) with hall access for guests. Each bedroom has a TV and smart DVD player for easy access to your favorite television shows and movies.

The condo has Travertine tile throughout the unit with carpet in all 3 bedrooms.
