Rollin Tide C8, a festive and bright family friendly 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit overlooks the palm tree encircled pool. The condo sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and a sofa sleeper. Relax and catch up on your favorite book from your balcony on the 2nd floor while your kids enjoy the pool. If you wish to eat in, preparing dinner is easy with a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grills poolside. The kitchen and laundry have also been outfitted with a brand new suite of appliances, updated photos coming soon!

From the front of the complex, head down Sugar Sand Lane and across 30A. Turn right to get on the bike trail and across from Tom Thumb is your beach access.

ROLLIN TIDE VILLAS

Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family friendly complex. It offers one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach … with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool deck. It is also heated in the spring, March through mid-April. The complex is clean and well maintained with excellent manicured landscaping including seasonal flowers and beautiful palm trees. Within walking distance you will find everything that you need during your vacation. Take a quick stroll to the public beach access across Scenic 30A.

SEAGROVE BEACH

Located only 1.5 miles from the heart of Seaside, this picturesque coastal community with shops and restaurants is a short bike ride away. You can also walk to nearby fine dining at Café Thirty A, grab fresh seafood at Goatfeathers, pizza at Angelina's. Venture out on an enjoyable bike ride to the many bike trails in the area. For the slightly more adventurous, there’s Eastern Lake Trail, located within Point Washington State Forest. The trail system has 3-mile, 5-mile and 10-mile trail loops.
