Sand Man's Dream is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house located in a gated communtiy in old Seagrove. This lovely, 3-story home is across the street from a public beach access providing you and your family an easy walk to the beautiful white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

This home features 4 bedrooms, each with it's own private bath with separate garden tub and shower. All 4 bedrooms also have their own balcony. The kitchen is a cooks dream with granite counter tops, a beautiful double, copper sink, and a gas stove. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 6. The living area has 2 oversized sofas, a loveseat, and 2 arm chairs for family movie watching. There is no community pool at the home, but a splash pool/spa on the back deck makes up for that.

You'll be walking distance from some of 30A's most popular restaurants, Cafe 30A and Angelinas, and a short bike ride from Seaside, Alys Beach, and even Rosemary Beach if you're feeling a bit more energetic. Sand Man's Dream is the perfect spot for one large family or multiple small families!
