Grand Playa is a four-story complex with only eight condos – 2 on each floor and has assigned covered parking and an elevator. Perfectly located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach where shopping, dining, and entertainment is abundant.
The views from this west end 3rd floor gulf front condo’s vast balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful shimmering gulf water is amazing. This spacious 2000 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with ample room for seven. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the huge covered balcony accessed from the living room or the master bedroom.
Grand Playa 302’s master king bedroom has magnificent gulf views and a large private master bathroom with a large tub and separate walk in shower. The second king bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom has a full-twin bunk bed and access to the hall bath with a tub and shower. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and each bedroom, a large laundry room, and tile flooring throughout except bedrooms which have carpet.
