At The Charlotte, location and luxury greet you with a sun kissed ''Welcome Home''. This third top floor unit is located in the heart of the Village of South Walton in the ever-popular Seacrest Beach. The Village with European Charm is nestled next door to Rosemary Beach and a short walk to Alys Beach. Upon arrival you simply park and walk or bike ride to wherever your vacation invites you. This beautiful ''Coastal Themed Retreat'' unit is sophisticatedly decorated by a local designer perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
Sleeping 8 guests comfortably, this three bedroom unit offers you comfort with two master suites (both have king beds) and a guest full over full bunkroom. One master has private access onto the balcony and a private expansive bath complete with a shower and whirlpool soaking tub. The second master shares a hall bath with the guest room. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The living area is comfortably arranged with a sectional sofa to keep the family together. A 55'' wall mounted Smart TV with cable provides convenient access to your personal Netflix/Hulu accounts. The balcony provides intimate seating overlooking 30A; the perfect place to kick back and soak in the local culture.
The dining table seats six with an additional four seats at the counter so there is plenty of room for the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen offers all the amenities of home. If you are here for total rest and relaxation a variety of food options begin right below.
On the ground floor you will find restaurants ranging from breakfast at Seacrest Sundries or doughnuts from Charlie's to Mexican at La Cocina along with Acme Ice House Bar and Grill and Alley Cat. Within in walking distance, more dining options await you in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The ground floor also offers an ice cream and frozen yogurt parlor, clothing, souvenir shops and bike rentals to mention a few. The hub of the Village is the amphitheater and on selected evenings will host movie nights and live entertainment which you can enjoy on the ground level or from the comfort of your balcony.
Remember to pack your beach towels, The Village has direct access to Seacrest Beach with sugar white sand and emerald colored water. The beach is only a short walk and for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you directly to and from the beach. If you want a break from the beach, please take a dip in the Village private pool or the renowned Lagoon Pool (12,000 square foot) located directly across from the beach.
If you do want to venture out by car you are a short drive away from Seaside, Water Color, Pier Park (movie theatre) and Silver Sands. On a personal note, this unit has offered enjoyment to our family ranging from infants to 77 years of age. We hope you will enjoy!
