This beautifully decorated home is just a short walk to a deeded beach access and the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. The expansive porches offer 180 degree gulf views from the top floor which will allow you to enjoy stunning sunsets with privacy. Relax at the ''C'' is located in the residential community of Seacrest East with miles of jogging and bike trails along Highway 30-A. This area is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants, shopping and the recreational activities of Alys, Rosemary and Seaside beaches. 

Relax at the ''C'' sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with 2 master bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath in the carriage house. The main house has an open living area as well as a kids den for watching TV and movies. The carriage house has a second full kitchen as well as a living area. The fully stocked kitchens are a cook's delight with stainless appliances, granite counters and custom cabinets. The home is setup perfectly for two families to enjoy some private space or have adults in the main house and kids in the carriage house. The house comes equipped with 8 TV's, three refrigerators, two Kuerig machines and a built in ice machine. There is wifi throughout and indoor outdoor music by the pool as well as an outdoor gas grill.
