Located on the ground floor, this 3 bed/2 bath end unit is freshly beautifully decorated in bright and cheerful beachy hues. Sleeping 6, the condo features a Main King bedroom with a separate shower and tub in the private bath. The hall guest bath is shared by the queen guest room and bunkroom. The Main King and Queen Guest bedrooms are equipped with TVs with local cable access for those Florida rainy days.

The bunkroom includes a writing desk if you find yourself needing to stay on task during your vacation, but we hope you will find yourself out enjoying the warm sunshine and saving the workload for home! The screened patio that opens up to Point Washington State Forest is a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee and plan out the day's itinerary.

The updated kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked, perfect for preparing your family's meals during your stay. With an open floor plan, you'll find it enjoyable to cook while entertaining your family and friends in the living area. The living room is a cozy place to gather for board games or to catch your favorite TV show or movie.

Seagrove Highlands is conveniently positioned between 2 public beach accesses—just a short 3/10 mile (approximately 5 minute walk) or bike ride. Walk to the beach and enjoy an ice cream stop on the way back! Another public beach access with parking and restroom facilities is just a five-minute drive away. The condo is in a family friendly complex featuring a large pool and quaint pond with a fishing pier, nestled next to Point Washington State Forest.

Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.
