Enjoy sandy white beaches just steps away for you to enjoy! This third floor unit has the largest floor plan offered at Beachside Villas with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and private en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also include a king bed. The third guest room includes a queen and twin and a trundle bed as well. Each of the bedrooms includes a TV.
The kitchen is well-stocked and has been updated with granite counters and a modern backsplash. Updates sofas are now in place but not pictures, new photos to come! The large balcony is roomy enough for everyone and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views while you sip your morning coffee.
If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from May 1 through August
Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard or tennis. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.
