We have 3 photographers located in Cold Spring, Big Lake, Piers Minnesota. We service Central MN. Travel fees may apply to properties 40 Miles outside St Cloud MN. You will be notified prior to scheduling of any travel fees.

($55 cancellation fee) if cancelled within 24 hours of photo shoot, home is not ready for photos upon photographer's arrival or photographer is unable to gain access to the property at scheduled time. Exceptions made if rescheduling due to bad weather.

Rooms and angles photographed left to the discretion of the photographer unless specifically requested prior to or at the shoot. Home should be photo ready upon photographer's arrival. Photographer is not responsible for unwanted objects in photos and is not responsible for cleaning or staging the home.

You represent that you have the authority to allow us entry to the property, permit us to take photographs and will provide safe and reasonable means of access.

Completed photos will be delivered by noon the day following the photo shoot.
A-la-carte options (aerial, twilight and matterport) will be delivered within 24 hours.

Payment is due upon delivery of the completed photos.

Residential Real Estate Licensing Agreement:
Upon payment, 360 Real Estate Image, LLC grants you permission to post the photographs taken on the MLS and use in marketing materials for both the property and yourself. You may also share photos with your sellers for their personal use. Copyright remains with Orginal Purchaser. Customers responsibility to store Images and services. Additional parties such as stagers and builders must contact the contact original purchaser (Listing agent, Contractor etc) to use for additional marketing. 360 Real Estate Image Grants copy right permission to the orginal Purchaser as the owner of images. 360 Real Estate Image may use Images for marketing, or additional marketing for origianal Purchaser to boost there listing.

A $50 late charge will be added to all unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days and your rights to use the photos are terminated until payment is received.
